Kale Lemon Energizer Smoothie

This smoothie is better than coffee for jump starting your day!  Okay, that may be going overboard.  Howsoever, the Greek yoghurt is a natural probiotic.  The kale is packed with natural mutlvitamins and the lemon juice naturally detoxifies yesterday's sins.  What's not to love?

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Honeycrisp Apple Chopped
  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach Packed
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Cashews
  • 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Frozen Bananna
  • 1/4 Cup Flax Seeds
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place everything in Vitamix or other high-powered blender.  If using Vitamix, choose frozen desserts.  Once blender stops, add more water for thinner consistency or more ice for a frothier smoothie.  Enjoy!
